I am a Midwesterner at heart as I was born in Indiana, but I love Florida and have lived here most of my life.  I have had the pleasure of being a team member with Dawn since 2004.  I am wife, a mother to 2 teens, & FSU Alum. I love crafting, cross stitch, traveling, spending time with family, dining out, cruises, Disney, the ocean, & reading. I enjoy helping policyholders & friends understand their insurance policies and feel confident in their choices. I take pride in the guidance and training I provide our staff, which allows them to better assist our policyholders. I have experience in auto insurance, life insurance, home insurance, renters insurance, condo unit owners insurance, business insurance, commercial auto insurance, and specialty insurance products like professional liability and umbrella insurance.  I look forward to getting to know more about you too!

I have been part of Dawn's team since 2010 and a resident in Weston, FL since 1989.  I am a wife and mother of 3 and currently my 2 daughters work here with me too!  I am an extrovert who interacts well with people and I like to create solid long term relationships with my policyholders. Hey there! I have been with Dawn’s office since 2014. This started out as a part time job while I was in undergrad at FIU, studying Hospitality Management, but as time has gone on I have found a passion for helping individuals manage their everyday risk. Recently, I decided to go back to school and am now studying online at Liberty University.  Personally, I just got married to my beautiful wife Samantha. We love to go to the beach, camp and play with our Vizsla puppy (Her name is Penny). I love to help our customers understand how insurance can protect what they have worked so hard for.  I am skilled in homeowners insurance, life insurance, auto insurance, small business insurance, condo insurance, rental properties and personal liability umbrella policies. I also love to help our customers with other specialty insurance products such as group life insurance, RV insurance, and golf cart insurance. I look forward to meeting with you to design an insurance plan specific to you and your needs.

Hello, I am the newest member of this office. I started this May and I am excited to be a part of this amazing team. I have a lot to learn, but I am surrounded by a great group of people paving the way for me. I enjoy fitness, family, friends, and spending time with my dog. I look forward to speaking with you to help you save or answer any questions you may have. I am so grateful for this new opportunity and I look forward to growing with this great company.

Hello! I am delighted to join Dawn Wagner's team as the newest Customer Service representative. I am passionate about helping our customers feel at ease when managing their risk and assisting them proactively. I am originally from Monterrey, México (Hablo Español, y Arriba los Tigres!) and have been living in beautiful South Florida for 20 years. I enjoy kayaking, camping, and exploring the nature in this great state. I look forward to assisting you with all your insurance needs!
